Cardinal Stepinac Village has a well established annual education and improvement program in place enabling all our staff to improve their knowledge and skills.

Volunteering
The dedicated team of volunteers at Cardinal Stepinac Village make a real difference to the lives of the people we care for. PLEASE CONSIDER BECOMING A VOLUNTEER. Not only will you feel a sense of satisfaction and achievement, but you will improve the quality of life of someone else and feel part of the SPECIAL team here at CSV.
As a volunteer you can be involved in many areas:
- Administration work.
- Residential activities.
- Musical activities.
- Pastoral activities
- Pet support.
- Gardening and floral arranging.
- Playing cards, bocce.
- Our cultural events; wine making, pork crackling, cooking classes.
- Outings and excursions.
- Reading and talking to residents.
- Assisting with crafts, particularly where the volunteer has a particular skill or talent
